At Arhaus, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your selection, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Concierge team or visit your local Arhaus showroom within 30 days of delivery to begin the return or exchange process.
- 2.Prepare Your Item
Ensure the item is in its original, like-new condition; please note that custom upholstery and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, our delivery partners will contact you to coordinate a convenient time to inspect and collect the item from your home.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once the item is received and inspected at our distribution center, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus applicable restocking and delivery fees.
